Technology support provided for Space Management system is an SQL-Server based environment with some significant application investments in AutoCAD and Archibus PLUS the faculty contractual and budgetary environments exist on both financial data warehouse and standalone databases PLUS paper files that are targeted for document imaging project(s).

Policy support for the Provost’s office in establishing a centralized searchable web-based repository for policies and procedures for the university.

2. What data systems do you rely on to meet those obligations?
MS SQL server, financial data warehouse, IAP Datanet data warehouse, SIS


3. Are some of these external to the "core" systems?
Yes

4. What data are entered and managed by other departments?
All financial and student data except for faculty contract numbers and related stats.

All space management drawings originate in Planning & Construction

5. What data does your unit enter and manage that is unique?
Building and room data for academic and research purposes including occupants, assignable space data and classifications of space for external reporting.

Faculty contract details including, special compensations, sabbatical, etc.
