Double data entry is done into HR (including Payroll information), Advantage, Purchasing.
Accounts are established in Controller's Office
Asset management is kept in Advantage - would like to keep in TMA and interface.

Inventory - Automated from vendors by loading databases - Granger's catalog, and Home Depot catalog.
Environmental - temperature regulation. Use data from Ad Astra to determine when rooms are in use.
