The Office of Institutional Analysis and Planning (IAP) prepares a wide variety of static reports and interactive, dynamic reports for use in university planning and decision-making. The office has also developed dynamic, secure online applications for reporting campus data. Some of these reporting tools, such as Academic Profiles & Program Review, can be automatically accessed with a campus login. Others, such as DataNet and StudentTracker, require training and security approvals from IAP and the Registrar.
Beginning with Fall 2010, the system of record for student information is PeopleSoft. As part of the transition from SIS to PeopleSoft, IAP is developing and implementing a new, university-wide data warehouse and reporting tool for campus employees. Student demographic and enrollment data for Fall 2010 will be available later than usual. As this transition to the new data warehouse occurs, IAP will provide limited support for ad hoc reports, with the most current reports posted here to our website. IAP will also continue to provide access to DataNet for previous terms, through Summer 2010, until a better alternative for accessing historical data is available.
