Within the context of Decision Support, the function plays a crucial role in guiding the development of the enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence: with primary responsibility for identifying current and emerging issues and extensive knowledge of campus data, the staff are experts in defining strategic data elements, informing the content of dashboards and reports, and effectively presenting information.
