Below are links to selected studies on student retention, progression and graduation rates. Included are investigative studies pertaining to student success, the institution's Consortium for Student Retention Data Exchange (CSRDE) surveys, and studies that employ National Student Clearinghouse data to track UNLV students who attend other institutions. Retention and graduation summary trend tables are available here.
UNLV participated in the Consortium for Student Retention Data Exchange (CSRDE) each year through Fall 2013. The main CSRDE survey presents institution-wide retention and graduation rates of first-time, full-time, baccalaureate degree-seeking freshmen, by gender and race/ethnicity. Institutional characteristics are also collected, to assist with the identification of peer institutions.
The studies linked below employ National Student Clearinghouse data to track students who begin their studies at UNLV, and subsequently enroll at other institutions.
